If you purchased one or more can of the following you qualify: StarKist 5oz Chunk Light Tuna in Water or Oil, StarKist 5oz Solid White Tuna in Water or oil. You may submit a claim for either: a cash payment of $25, or $50 in product vouchers redeemable for StarKist tuna products. Must sign up before 11/20/15 to be eligible. Keep in mind Settlements take YEARS before they get to you, usually 1-2 years a the least, so sign up and for forget about it. In 2 years you should receive the $25 or $50, whichever you chose. The reason for the lawsuit is that there were claims they were not putting the full 5oz in the can but were putting less. The product was fine and there was no problem with that
