1. Call  (888) 746-7726 . Press 2 then 3 or 2 then 4 to speak to somebody or you can press anything else, as long as you get to speak to somebody
2. Tell them you don't have the flier for the free Mom's Membership but you would like one and you need a code (if they make up any excuse why they can't give you a code just hang up and call again. Their will always be some reps who don't know what they are doing)
3. They will give you a code, take the code to Sam's Club and sign up in store for your free membership.
4. You will need proof like a birth certificate or if pregnant you can use a doctor's note or sonogram photo and you will get a one year membership
