If you ordered the Hershey's Chocolate 10 Bag deal I posted the other day here and got only one bag instead please see below on how to get a refund. It is very easy to get a refund and you get to keep the bag free. You don't even have to talk to anybody you can do it all yourself with 3 clicks. Unfortunately they made a mistake in the listing and sent out only 1 instead of 10 bags. 3. Scroll down to the order. You will see a button that Says "Return or Replace items". This is located under the Track your package item. If you don't see that button then your item has not been shipped yet. You need to wait for your item to ship to do this. Please try again when it ships
4. Under the choose a reason choose the "Description on Website was not accurate". If you wish, in the comments box you can write "Amazon Description and photo showed TEN bags of 100 pieces each, Only received ONE bag of 100 pieces". Click continue
5. On the next page it will offer a refund without having to return the item and you are done!
6. IF AFTER YOU CLICK IT SAYS CONTACT US THEN CLICK THE CONTACT US BUTTON AND DO A CHAT WITH THEM TO GET YOUR REFUND, SEE BELOW

2. Tell them you received an incorrect order. That the listing states 10 bags, you got only 1 bag (that is all you have to say, keep it simple). 
3. Tell them what you want in return. Say either: I would like a refund (everybody will get easily) or I want all 10 bags (most people will not get but worth a try if you really want them). Food items are NOT returnable so they must refund you and let you keep it free. If you get a rep that tells you otherwise just hang up and try again
4. IF YOU GET A REP THAT IS NOT BEING HELPFUL, THAT MAKES THINGS UP, OR SAY ANYTHING BESIDES YES I WILL REFUND YOU... just hang up and try again with somebody else.
