If you had trouble and couldn't get on the site you can you try to tweet them and let them know and they MIGHT send you a $25 visa card. They have been doing this all week and it should work for those having trouble. If you don't have twitter you can try emailing AskVisaUSA@visa.com but I don't know if the email way works, the Twitter way definitely is more effective
