According to their page here this will go live on Tuesday at 5AM Eastern, 4AM Mountain, 3AM Central, 2AM Pacific Each Tuesday. They say on their page the freebies will be valid until Wednesday you should have plenty of time to claim even if you are not up at that hour.  You can download the app and setup your account now so you can quickly claim your free items when it is live.

2. Go to ‘My Every Tuesday Stuff’ and Log In. If this is your first time using the app, follow the instructions and enter the PIN we send you via text message to enroll in T-Mobile Tuesdays.
