- Little Tikes has identified reports that the plastic seat of certain units of the Swing have cracked or broken. This could result in an injury, depending on the location of the crack or break.
- Are there any other 2-in-1 Snug ‘n Secure Swings affected by this corrective action plan?
- No. The scope of the plan pertains only to PINK swing units manufactured between November 2009 and December 2013. This plan does not affect any other color of the 2-in-1 Snug ‘n Secure Swing.
- What are the risks associated with this hazard?
- It is possible that if the swing is cracked, or cracks while in use, a fall or injury could occur.
- My child uses this swing regularly, should I be concerned?
- If you have a swing that is within the corrective action plan time period, you should immediately remove the swing from use. If your swing is not within the time period of November 2009 through December 2013, there should be no concern if the product is used as directed.
- How do I know if my swing is part of this corrective action plan?
- The model number 615573 is molded on the back of the swing seat and there is a manufacturing date code stamp on the back of the seat as well. If the molded INNER arrow of the date code stamp on your product is pointing to “09”, “10”, “11”, “12” or “13”, your product may be included in this plan.

- If you have not already done so, discontinue use, fill out the form below, and submit the required information for your claim. You will be provided further directions.
- How are you alerting consumers?
- In coordination with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Little Tikes has issued a voluntary corrective action plan which will be posted on the CPSC website as well as on Littletikes.com.
- Consumers that purchased the product directly through Little Tikes have been notified by email or regular mail.
- All retail stores and websites that purchased this product have been provided with a corrective action plan poster to utilize per their standard procedures.
- Will I be reimbursed for my purchase?
- If you have a swing that is within the date code range of the corrective action plan, you will be provided with a redemption voucher in the amount of $24.99. The voucher can be redeemed locally at a retailer that carries Little Tikes products towards the purchase of another Little Tikes product.
- When will I receive my redemption voucher?
- Your redemption voucher will arrive within 4-6 weeks after you have provided the required documents for processing.

- Contact Little Tikes at www.littletikes.com or call Little Tikes at 1-855-284-1903 and be sure that you reference the activity number you were provided when you filed your initial claim.

- Various websites such as littletikes.com, amazon.com, juvenile product stores, as well as mass merchants including Walmart and Toys R Us.
- Should I return this product to the retail store I purchased it from?
- No. Since the product involved in this corrective action plan predates December 2013, you should not return your swing to the retail store. Little Tikes will be processing all claims directly.

- This situation is isolated to the material formulation used from the manufacturing process period of November 2009 – December 2013 of only the pink swings.

Little Tikes is recalling their 2-in-1 Snug ‘n Secure pink toddler swings because of reports of the swing breaking and children falling to the ground. The recall includes products manufactured in the United States from November 2009 through December 2013, with model number 615573 imprinted on the back of the seat. and there is a manufacturing date code stamp on the back of the seat. The molded INNER arrow of the date code stamp points to “10”, “11”, “12” or “13”, it is included in the recall. In addition, swings with a date code stamp of “9” on the INNER arrow combined with “43” or higher number stamped on the OUTER are included in this recall. The affected products were sold at Walmart, Toys “R” Us and other stores nationwide as well as online. Parents are instructed to stop using the swing immediately and to contact the company to receive credit toward another product.
