PRIZES/ODDS: There is one (1) First Prize available, and there are ten (10) Second Prizes available. The First Prize consists of a $10,000 Gilt Credit. The Second Prizes each consist of a $500 Gilt Credit. Credit is subject to the terms and conditions associated therewith and imposed by issuer. The approximate retail value ("ARV") for the First Prize is $10,000. The ARV for the Second Prizes are $500 each.
