2. You can file a claim if you purchased any Ocean Spray Juice of any size between  January 1, 2011 until January 31, 2020

Why the settlement? The Plaintiffs who filed the lawsuit allege that Ocean Spray’s Product labels claiming to contain “No Artificial Flavors” are false and misleading because the Products contain the artificial flavoring ingredients dl-malic acid and/or fumaric acid, which Plaintiffs claim function as flavors in the Products. Ocean Spray denies the allegations in the lawsuit, and the Court has not made any ruling on the merits of the lawsuit. To avoid the expense of further litigation, the parties have reached a settlement that is further described in this Notice.
4. The claim period ends on 6/10/20, that means you will not hear back from them for AT LEAST A YEAR or usually 2 years. Please be patient, these things take a long time to make their way through the courts, but once it is settled you will get your money.
