One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to a 2021 concert or music experience (the “Event”) in one of the following cities: Denver, CO; Miami, FL; Austin, TX; or Seattle, WA. A list of Event choices will be provided to the winner, upon winner verification. The winner will provide Sponsor’s representative with his/her top three (3) choices (in preferred order) of which Event he/she would like to attend. While winner may select such Event, the final determination of the Event and Event seating assignments, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, based upon availability. Trip consists of round-trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); ground transportation to/from airport, hotel, and Event; double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights; two (2) tickets to the Event; and one (1) $750.00 prepaid debit card (subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,300.00. Actual retail value depends on city/day/time of departure.
