- Why the settlement? A group of people filed a class action lawsuit against JUUL Labs, Inc. and related individuals and entities. These Plaintiffs claimed that they paid more for JUUL products than they would have paid if they had been given accurate information about JUUL products’ addictiveness and safety. The Plaintiffs also claimed that JUUL products were unlawfully marketed to minors.
- The claim period ends on 7/14/23, that means you will not hear back from them for AT LEAST A YEAR or usually 2 years. Please be patient, these things take a long time to make their way through the courts, but once it is settled you will get your money.
